From the very first planning stages, Katie was there every step of the way as my daughter’s wedding coordinator, guiding her, supporting her and helping bring her vision to life. On the wedding day, Shannon was there making sure everything was arranged, organised and running smoothly, while Katie continued to support and oversee everything. The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere was amazing, and every detail helped create the most magical celebration for our daughter and son-in-law. The care and effort from everyone allowed us as a family to relax, enjoy every precious moment and make memories we will treasure forever.
A special thank you to Helen for helping with the room arrangements and taking that extra pressure away from Ellise. Your help and support meant so much and was truly appreciated.

Our wedding day at the Riverside Lodge Hotel was amazing from start to finish. From our very first meeting with Haylie, their fabulous wedding coordinator, we knew we would have a special day to remember. Haylie went above and beyond to ensure every little detail was perfect and exceeded our expectations, even when I had a few bridezilla meltdowns!
Despite the covid restrictions in place Haylie and the whole team at the hotel ensured the day went smoothly and was thoroughly enjoyed by us and all our guests.
It truly was a fantastic day that we’ll treasure forever. We can’t recommend the hotel highly enough to all the couple’s that are planning their special day.

Haylie and Kaleigh-Anne kept in touch throughout especially with the government guidelines forever changing, reassuring us throughout, and ensured that our day went without a hitch! Such a stunning hotel and that honeymoon suite.
