We had the most amazing wedding day ever. Special thanks to Brittany and Shannon who made everything run smoothly on the day. Their attention to detail ensured a seamless day in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout. The planning and preparation were hassle free and the girls took everything in their stride. We really cannot praise the hotel more and would recommend it to anyone. Our guest have all commented on how fabulous the meal was too. An all round perfect day. Had the most amazing day for our wedding in August!! Brittany and her team were outstanding and nothing was to much for them! Our 3 course meal was delicious with lots of compliments about it! I’m So glad We booked the Riverside venue it was stunning and very modern! All our 120 guests has the best day celebrating with us!

This review is mainly of the concern of Brittany Scott & Shannon Hutcheson but also the full staffing of the venue 16th March – 18th March.

We booked this venue as it truly is a stunning hotel with an amazing grounds and honeymoon suite. Outwith that, it is an all inclusive package which can be tailored to the couple (which we done).

19 adults & 8 kids, including bride & groom.

Day service and copious amounts of night time guests.

Excellent flow on the day & top notch service throughout.

Brittany – Upon meeting you, your bubbly personality made me at ease, it made me super excited to have my wedding at the Riverside.

There is always method in your madness, your key to detail is second to none and anything I wanted, you made happen. I am forever grateful for the amazing day you pulled together even thought there were  hurdles along the way (outwith everyone’s control) you made the day run seamlessly & even to the point of cutting loose threads & running back and forth to the suite so I didn’t have to – including getting my sliders haha!

Shannon – What a girl.  Also a big part to play on our day, Shannon aka the fixer. Ensuring our full day was staffed, always a drink in our hands and delighting the staff to ensure a great service. Also took part in the running back and forth to the suite for my sliders and providing the scissors LOL.

To both of you, thank you so much you are a true credit to the Fitzsimmons group! They would be hard pressed to find another pair like you – a sheer dream team! I have had so many compliments on how my day was and my family and friends were truly impressed with the attention to detail.

Waiters and Waitresses – Thank you, our meal and canopies were amazing, the buffet was class & the meal timings were on point!

Reception Staff – Checking everyone in, even going above and beyond to sort out room issues with our guests, seems less again, worry free. Excellent service.
